The Manhasset-Great Neck Economic Opportunity Council, Inc. was incorporated in 1966 with a mission that remains virtually unchanged. The mission is to help "at risk" youth and families by providing support for both children and their families.

If you wish to fill out an application for the 2023-2024 school year, please follow the link below and Ms. Stephanie Lugo will contact you once she has reviewed the application. You can send the supporting documents to StephLugo455@gmail.com (Child's Birth Certificate, Copy of your Lease, Proof of Income from both parents, Parent IDs)
***If you have previously enrolled a child in the program, please do not fill out a new application. Instead please email the necessary documents to StephLugo455@gmail.com so that your child can be added to the same family profile.
