Are you a Head Start parent and interested in joining the nutrition course offered by Cornell University?

Then call the Head Start office at 516-627-6385 and register with Ms. Stephanie Lugo.

You will:

• Learn to make quick and healthy meals

• Plan meals and save money

• Practice food safety

• Shop safely for food

• Enjoy physical activities

• Prepare meals with your children

​

Classes will be held every Tuesday at 5pm, starting January 26th, 2021. 

There will be a total of 8 workshops. You will prepare delicious healthy recipes and try physical activities. Those who attend 6 sessions will receive a certificate from Cornell Cooperative Extension.

Habrá un total de 8 talleres. Prepararán deliciosas recetas saludables y probarán actividades físicas. Aquellos que asistan a 6 de las sesiones recibirán un certificado de Cornell Cooperative Extension.
