Mission Statement

The Manhasset/Great Neck EOC provides services that promote self-sufficiency, self-development and self-esteem through educational, recreational, cultural enrichment, and support programs for both children and adults in the Hagedorn Community Center.

With Your Help And Support…

We will be able to offer a six-week, full day (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Summer Program for children ages 5 to 13 who would otherwise be home alone and unsupervised while their parents are at work. The program offers breakfast, lunch and snack daily and a variety of educational, recreational, cultural, performing arts and enrichment activities as well as twice weekly trips. The counselors and group leaders for the program are high school and college students who live in Manhasset and Great Neck.
